If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
You can get a refund if:
- You aren't happy with your order: You’ve purchased your EnticedTouch products in the last 10 days and want to return them, we will process full refund as soon as possible when we receive the items from you
- The product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional
- You did not receive your product within 60 business days or 90 business days (South America) of purchase
- “The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee” is available under following circumstances:
- 1. Item must be returned to us with proof of purchase such as Order ID, Invoice ID, Transaction ID within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- 2. Return must be authorized by EnticedTouch via email.
- 3. Item must be returned in its original & resell condition; packaging must not be broken where applicable.
- 4. Return postage and handling is buyer's responsibility.
- 5. Refund does not include original shipping cost. Refund method will be determined by EnticedTouch.
- 6. Because of the nature of some products, we do not offer exchange or refunds on non-broken products under any circumstances.
- The detailed size cart is included in the description. The size you choose does not fit you well.
- The order is placed with a discount coupon we provided.
- The 30-Day Money back Guarantee period is expired.
- The order was placed by mistake but wasn't cancelled within 24 hours.
